Baby, I Love Your Way - Peter Frampton

"Baby, I Love Your Way" is a song written and performed by singer Peter Frampton that was first featured on Frampton's 1975 album, Frampton.

A live version (4:48) of the song was later released on his 1976 multi-platinum album Frampton Comes Alive!, where it gained popularity as a hit song, peaking at #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

A cover version by Big Mountain is often mistakenly credited to Bob Marley and also to UB40 due to mislabeled MP3 files which circulated through P2P networks, similar to the artist confusion of the song Cat's in the Cradle.

Shadows grow so long before my eyes
And they're moving across the page
Suddenly the day turns into night
Far away from the city
Don't hesitate 'cause your love won't wait
Baby I love your way
Wanna tell you I love your way
Wanna be with you night and day

Moon appears to shine and light the sky
With the help of some fireflies
I wonder how they have the power to shine, shine, shine
I can see them under the pine
But don't hesitate 'cause your love won't wait
Ooh baby I love your way
Wanna tell you I love your way
Wanna be with you night and day

But don't, don't hesitate 'cause your love won't wait
I can see the sunset in your eyes
Brown and grey and blue besides
Clouds are stalking islands in the sun
I wish I could buy one out of season

But don't hesitate 'cause your love won't wait
Ooh baby I love your way
Wanna tell you I love your way
Wanna be with you night and day
Ooh baby I love your way
